| 摘 要： | 当前政府对慈善公益事业的管理还比较多地运用计划经济式的思维和手段,这一现象有着深厚的体制与文化根源。只有认真学习领会贯彻党的十八大报告精神,真正将中国特色社会主义理论体系作为推动慈善公益事业发展的指导思想,树立起独立、平等、竞争、自愿的思想和意识,才能消除计划经济管理思维的影响,保障慈善公益事业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | At present,most of different levels of governments always employ the thought and means of planned economy in charity administration,which roots in profound cultural and systematic foundation.Only when the Chinese characteristic socialism theory system being applied to charity development as the guiding ideology and the thought and consciousness of independence,equality,competition and free will being established,could the ill effects caused by planned economy be eliminated and the sound development of charity be ensured. |
