论外资并购法律监管机制的构建

并购与垄断是一对孪生兄弟。外资并购在带来雄厚资本和先进技术的同时，也对我国经济产生了强力渗透和垄断。我国有关外资并购的法律还存在诸多不足和缺憾。借鉴国际经验，结合我国实际，制定和完善相关的法律法规，时外资并购实行积极有效的干预和监管，不仅是发达国家的经验，也是我国的理性选择。
