| 摘 要： | 科学发展需要科学的评价,运用科学发展指数,评估科学发展落实的情况、实施的状况及其成果,解决的是发展标准问题。科学发展指数包括发展度、协调度、持续度、和谐度、幸福度等五个维度。科学发展指数将成为领导干部政绩考核的重要指标,对实践科学发展具有价值导向、调节、激励等重要作用。
