| 摘 要： | 针对当前生物质供应物流组织发展现状和趋势，首先对现有的三类组织结构应用交易成本理论进行比较分析，结合我国生物质能产业的具体调查，提出了“能源公司＋第三方物流企业＋农户”的新型供应物流组织结构，分析该组织结构的优势，最后提出了这种供应物流组织结构的建设策略。
