| 摘 要： | 从湖南省国有林场现状入手,通过分析其发展过程中存在的问题,比较其发展过程中成功的经验,提出国有林场要想摆脱目前的困境,必须实行股份制改造,并结合国有林场的实际情况,提出了股份制改造的操作规程。

| Abstract: | This paper proceeds with the current situation of state-run forest farms of Hunan Province,analyzes the existing questions,compares the experience in their evolution,on these bases,puts forward that state-run forest farms must implement shareholding system transformation in order to break away from the present predicament,proposes the operational procedures of shareholding system transformation combining the actual conditions of the state-run forest farms. |
