过氧乙酸制备条件的选择及其稳定性影响因素的研究

摘    要:过氧乙酸是强氧化剂,具有广泛的用途,但其化学性质不稳定,易分解。我们通过过氧乙酸制备的条件选择试验,揭示了反应物料比、催化剂的用量、温度等对过氧乙酸产率的影响;通过稳定性试验,揭示了温度、稀释用水水质和某些稳定剂对过氧乙酸分解的影响。给出了过氧乙酸制备、贮存、稀释和使用的优化条件。

Abstract:Peracetic acid is strong oxidizer which is widely used in our life. But its chemical property is instable and wonderfully compliant being broken down. Through the experiment of choice of condition producing peracetic acid, this paper reveals the influence of material proportion of reaction, dosage of catalyzer, temperature, etc on the rate of production. Through the experiment of test of stability, this paper explains the influence of temperature, dilution water quality and certain stabilizers on the decompound of peracetic acid. The optimization condition of producing, stockpile, dilution and usage of peracetic acid is opened out.
