| 摘 要： | 本文根据企业实际运作过程建立物流成本控制评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各项指标的权重,在此基础上运用模糊综合评判法进行评价,并针对评价结果提出相应的建议,结合实例证明了该方法实施的可行性,实用性和有效性。

| Abstract: | This paper builds an evaluation index system of logistics cost control according to the enterprises＆#39; actual operation process, and uses the AHP method to calculate the weight of each evaluation. On this basis, it uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the built system, proposes the corresponding suggestions based on the evaluation results and demonstrates the feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of the method with examples. |
