| 摘 要： | 随着高职教育改革的不断深化,对整个高职院校辅导员队伍提出了更高要求。针对目前高职院校辅导员培训的实际情况,可以考虑从机构建立、项目设计、师资优化、管理规范和效果评估等四个方面对高职院校辅导员校本培训体系进行建构,提升辅导员的职业素养,促进辅导员的职业发展,提高服务学生成长成才的水平。

| Abstract: | Deepening reform of higher vocational education expects much of the vocational college instructors. With a view to the current situation, the four aspects of organization building, project design, teaching team, management norms and effect evaluation should be taken into consideration to improve their professional quality, promote their professional development and improve their service level for students＇ growth and development. |
