高职教育集团化办学运行机制的理论研究

职教集团经过十余年的发展，在集约化、集群化方面取得了丰硕的成果，但与此同时，也面临着职教集团本质上“集而不团”的尴尬。研究高职教育集团化办学的理论指导，是为了解决高职教育集团在运行过程中面临的各种现实问题。而根据存在的问题，可以从明确定位，突出特色，进而打造教育品牌，增强社会对高职教育的认同；改革运行模式，完善激励机制等方面入手，建立科学的“四位一体”高职教育集团运行机制。

Theoretical Study on Operation System of Higher Vocational Education Group Developing Plan

Through over ten years＇ development, vocational education group has gained rich achievement in concentration and grouping. However, it also encounters embarrassment in ＂concentrated but not unified＂. Research on theoretical guidance for higher vocational education group developing plan is to solve the realistic problems in its running process. Based on the existing problems, the operators can clarify the orientation of higher vocational education group, give prominence to its specialty, build an education brand, and intensify social identification on higher vocational education. The operators can reform running mode and consummate incentive mechanism and establish scientific ＂quaternary＂ higher vocational education group running system.
