| 摘 要： | 社会经济发展到一定阶段后出现的证券市场,除了有筹集社会资金推动经济发展的效能外,证券市场的运行和变迁,还能够直接反映社会经济结构中的特点和问题。近代中国证券市场上出现的几国交易所并存、六次投机高潮和证券市场为政府财政服务等特点,是近代中国证券市场非正常发展的集中体现,也是近代中国证券市场难以正常发展的重要原因。此外,中国几千年悠久历史中形成的特殊商业习惯——企业商号可以直接吸收社会储蓄的传统,同样是制约近代中国证券市场发展的重要因素。
