纺织品自愿出口限制的福利分析

我国入世后由于配额的取消使纺织品出口明显增加,这导致了美国欧盟等国纷纷对我国出口的纺织品设限,贸易摩擦日益凸现。在此背景下,本文试图从福利分析的角度来论证实施自愿出口限制对出口国和进口国的市场均衡和福利的影响。在分析时本文选取包含两个进出口大国的基本模型,并对此模型作进一步的扩展,研究中国和美国等国在实施自愿出口限制的情况下,各国市场的均衡变化,生产者、消费者和各国福利的变化,并提出相应的政策建议。

Welfare Analysis on Textile Voluntary Export Restraint

Recently, because of the quota cancellation, China's textile export has obviously increased. This causes many countries such as America and European Union to set various textile limits and trade friction is becoming fierce day by day. Under this background, this paper attempts to analyze the effects of Voluntary Export Restraint on market equilibrium and the welfare of the import and export countries from the view of welfare. This paper selects an import country and an export country in the basic model. Based on this simple model, this paper makes further expansions to study many countries' changes of market equilibrium, the producer surplus and the consumer surplus such as China and America under the implementation of Voluntary Export Restraint and puts forward corresponding policy proposals.
