| 摘 要： | 建设资源节约型社会符合我国国情以及建立小康社会目标,是实现现代化的唯一出路,具有重大战略意义。新疆经济与社会发展中存在严重的资源能耗问题,必须树立节约意识,走循环经济之路,同时增强科技创新。遵循科学发展观的思路,新疆应大力推动循环经济的发展,提高资源的使用效率,改善环境质量,促进可持续发展,最终实现经济与环境的协调发展。

| Abstract: | There is a great strategic significance for the construction of a resources-conservation-oriented society, which accords with the situation of our country and tallies with the goal of well-off society as the only way to reach modernization. In view of the grave issues of resources and energy consumption in the course of economic and social development in Xinjiang, it is obligatory to foster thrifty thought, follow recycle economy, and in the meantime enhance scientific innovation. In accordance with the view of scientific development, Xinjiang is vigorously pushing forward the development of circular economy so as to improve the efficiency of exploiting resources, to improve the environmental quality, to promote its sustainable development made eventually to coordinate economic development with environment. |
