中国社会主义市场经济存在着二元结构的问题,国有资本与非国有资本在市场经济中的地位不平等,国资委职能有待进一步明确和规范。本文试图通过对中国经济二元现象的分析,对国资委职能定位、政府在市场经济中如何发挥应有的作用、国有企业如何扮演好自身的角色等方面予以探究,推动社会主义市场经济的有效发展。

Thinking on China's dual economy model

Due to unequal station between state-owne d capital and non state-owned capital, there comes to be a duality of Chinese market economy. And the function and authority of the SASAC (State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of State Council) should be rescheduled. Through the analysis to the duality of Chinese economy, and the research into the function of the SASAC, the action of the government and the role of state-owned business, a finer socialistic economy would be established and developed.
