| Abstract: | EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contract is adopted by Shuiwen Electric Power Station. After EPC contractor (EPCC) won the bid, it can achieve a profitable contract optimization, by strengthening the management and control on the contract execution and adopting the reasonable methods to avoid the cost risks. |
