| 摘 要： | 建筑是城市主要构成要素,其生态性、环保性和可持续发展性直接关系到生态城市的质量,作为现代生态建筑理念与技术的代表--高性能建筑以其良好的生态效益优势在发达国家得到普遍推广.我国正处于全面建设、系统改善人居环境、逐步实现城市生态转型的关键时期,发展高性能建筑对推动我国生态城市建设,切实贯彻科学发展观具有重要意义.
