| 摘 要： | 2004年至今中国股票市场出现非理性的剧烈波动，原因之一就是政府调控股市的低效率。在建设市场经济过程中，政府适当的干预是维护股票市场正常发展的必要条件，而股市平准基金作为一种有效的政府宏观调控工具，将对我国股票市场的健康发展发挥作用。

| Abstract: | There have been acute non-rational fluctuations in Chinese stock markets.One of the reasons is the low-efficiency of the government adjustment and control on stock market.To construct a market economy,appropriate government intervention in the stock market is necessary.As a powerful management tool for the government,stock market stabilization fund can contribute immeasurably to the healthy development of Chinese stock market. |
