| 摘 要： | 通过网络进行知识转移是国际新创企业进行知识积累的重要形式。从理论上分析了网络渠道、网络关系、网络距离和网络位势4个因素对知识转移的影响，阐述了各因素对知识转移的影响，提出了4个有待检验的命题。

| Abstract: | Knowledge transfer is the important form of the knowledge accumulated in the international new enterprises based on network. Analysis the factors of knowledge transfer in theory, which include network channel, network relation, network distance and network potential. Expatiate the relation of factors and knowledge transfer, and bring up four propositions to be proved. |
