| 摘 要： | 我国《刑法》在定罪、刑罚的设置和适用方面对未成年犯罪人都给予了特殊的保护,对以未成年人为侵害对象的犯罪进行严厉的制裁。在刑法中应取消未成年时期的刑事污点,对以未成年人为侵害对象的犯罪作一般性规定,并增设社区矫正处罚方式。

On the Protection and Perfection of Criminal Law to Immaturites |

| Abstract: | Criminal law gives particular protection to immaturities in convicting,punishment and the application of the punishment and more severe sanction will be given to crimes committed by persons who invade immaturities’ rights.In criminal law,the criminal record of immaturities should be cancelled,and to whose who invade immaturities should be regarded as general,and add community correction for them. |
