| 摘 要： | 针对轧钢镀锌生产线原料、半成品和成品的自动管理信息需求,设计了基于RFID技术的生产过程自动识别,物料跟踪管理和产品收发实时可视的企业综合管理信息系统,该方案实用、可靠,有效提高了企业的生产自动化水平,能够创造一定的经济效益。

| Abstract: | In view of the demand for automatic information management of galvanization product line materials,semi-products and finished products,the paper designs a RFID based enterprise comprehensive management information system that enables automatic recognition of production process,materials tracking,and real-time visual monitoring of materials dispatching.The system is then demonstrated to be practical and reliable and can significantly boost production automation and generate additional profit. |
