从赤泥中回收二氧化钛的初步研究

摘    要:阐述了从赤泥中回收二氧化钛的方法。研究了先HCl后H2SO4两段酸浸工艺:先用5N HCl浸出赤泥,使铁与钛分离;浸出后的残渣用92%H2SO4酸解,酸解液水解制得钛白,所得钛白纯度的95%,回收率为91%。

Abstract:A method for recovering the titanium dioxide from red mud has been described in the paper.The technology of leaching with hydrochloric acid and acidolysis with sulphuric acid have been studied.The sepa-ration of titanium and iron is attained by leaching with5N hydrochloric acid at first.The concen tra tion of sul -phuric acid at acidolysis is92%.The titanium dioxide was produced by hydrolysis.The purity of ti tanium is over95%.The recovery rate of titanium is about 91%.
