| 摘 要： | 中国-东盟的合作与发展使得对越南语专业人才的需求很大,但是用人企业对人才的需求是＂语言＋专业＂的能力要求,通用的越南语人才模式已经不能适应这些要求。越南语复合型人才培养模式是：（1）＂语言＋专业方向＂;（2）＂专业＋语言方向＂;（3）在高职越南语专业教学中倡导双证书制度;（4）在越南语专业毕业生中开展职后教育,增强其切入行业的能力。
