| 摘 要： | 针对连锁店配送中心的选址问题，综合考虑运输、设施固定、库存、运营等成本因素，以配送系统年总成本最少为目标，建立配送中心选址的模型，并以实例介绍该模型的建立与应用。应用该模型可为销售比较稳定、缺货成本不高的连锁经营企业配送中心选址决策提供定量的科学依据。 |

| Abstract: | This paper,addressing itself to the location-selection for the chain-store's distribution center,fully consideres cost factors such as transportation costs,facilities fixed costs,inventory costs,and operating costs.Thereby it regardes the least annual total cost of distribution system as the goal,builts up the location-seletion model for distribution center,and illustrates the model's building and application with some examples.The application of this model provides quantitative scentific basis for location-selection decision-making of the chain enterprises' distribution centers which have stable distribution,are low-cost and short of supply. |
