Multinational's evloving strategy in China and its theory analysis

Along with Chinese economic development an d its penetration of reform and opening, to adapt the new situation, the TNCs have made the adjustment rapidly in the China’s investment strategy. The article firstly briefly reviewed the TNCs in Chinese development phase and the development situation, secondly analyzed thoroughly the content and the characteristic of the TNCs’ strategy evolvement in china, finally made the detailed explanation to its new strategy by using the eclectic theory of international production and the product life cycle theory ,expecting that can grasp the chance which the strategy evolves, building the solid foundation for the China's national economy continued to develop steadily.
