罗虚戴尔原则和我国农村金融生态建设的方向

我国农村金融已严重边缘化,严重束缚了农村经济发展。因此,改造农村金融组织体系,实现金融机构多元化,成为农村金融体制改革的核心问题。本文结合罗虚戴尔原则的具体内容和农村金融环境特点,提出用此原则来构建农村中小金融合作组织,营造竞争性农村金融秩序,优化农村金融生态环境。

The Rochdele Principle and the Trend of Chinese Rural Financial Ecologic Conservation

China's rural finance weakening hampered the rural economy development seriously. Therefore, the rural financial organizational system transformation and the financial institutions diversity become the core of the rural financial system reform. Based on the Rochdele Principle and features of the rural financial environment, this article provides a practical way on how to create small rural financial cooperation, creating competitive rural financial order, and optimization of the rural financial ecologic environment.
