摘    要:以三苯胺醛、苯乙酮、3-氰基乙酰基吲哚和醋酸铵为原料,分别在传统加热回流和微波辐射条件下,利用四组分一锅法反应,简便地合成了一系列的三苯胺一吡啶衍生物.该方法具有产率较高、操作简单等优点.产物的结构通过了1H NMR,IR和E.A.表征.

Abstract:A series of triphenylamine-pyridine derivatives were synthesized by four-component one-pot reaction of triphenylamine aldehyde,acetophenone,3-cyanoacetyl indole and ammonium acetate at refluxing temperature and microwave irradiation.This method has the advantages of good yield and easy operation.The structures of the products were characterized by 1H NMR spectra,IR and elemental analysis.
