| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的迅速发展和政策的不断开放，科技型中小型企业在我国的企业主体中得以发展和壮大，但科技型中小企业毕竟处于发展初期，在发展道路上仍存在着诸多困难。基于此，本文从科技型中小企业的作用出发，对黑龙江省科技型中小企业在发展中所遇到的困难和应对策略进行了分析，以便能够为我省科技型中小企业的长远发展提供一定的帮助。

But, after all, they are at the stage of development, and there are a lot of difficulties in the development road. Starting from the role of these enterprises, the paper analysis the difficulties and countermeasures, in order to provide the help. |
