| 摘 要： | 校企合作办学是高等职业教育的基本特征与发展方向，是学校和企业双方共同参与人才培养的过程。校企合作的成功需要多方积极参与，大力配合。本文分析了当前高职院校校企合作中存在的问题，提出了应采取的对策措施。

| Abstract: | School-Enterprise cooperation is the basic characteristics and development orientation of higher vocational education,in which both sides of school and enterprise participate in the process of talents training.The success of school-enterprise cooperation needs multiple roles active participation and sufficient cooperation.This article analyzed the current problems of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges and put forward some countermeasures taken by both sides. |
