| 摘 要： | 价格波动意味着预期的变动。文章基于理性预期的理论，探讨理性预期与制度转轨中的股票市场的基本理论逻辑，从预期演变的视角分析导致（或可能导致）中国股市危局的原因，并在评价中国股市政策的基础上尝试性地提出了扭转预期以防止危局进一步蔓延的对策。

| Abstract: | Price's fluctuation means expectation change. Based on the theory of rational expectation, the article discusses on the basic relation between rational expectation and the stock market which are in the process of system change, analyzes the reasons of the crisis of Chinese stock market from the perspective of expectation change, and tries to put forward some policies to prevent the expanding of the crisis based on evaluating Chinese stock market policies. |
