| 摘 要： | 企业要成功地实施TQM,其中有很多的影响因素,如:是否进行ISO9000认证、企业规模、导入全面质量管理(Total quality management,TQM)的时间、对实施TQM目的的理解、高层管理者的重视程度与员工的参与程度、TQM是否能成为一种提高组织绩效的重要路径、企业的经营目标及对TQM作为一种战略问题的认识程度、培训、奖励、TQM导向的企业文化和人力资源管理体系构建等10方面。所以要对影响因素进行分析。

| Abstract: | Of all of factors influencing TQM,the paper chooselos of them accounting for successful TQM implementation including ISO9000 certification,corporation size,TQM lead-in time,understanding of TQM′s purpose,senior executive recognition degree & employees′ involvement degree,the possibilities of TQM as a important way to improve organizational performance,administrational aims & recognition degree of TQM as a strategic issues,training,rewarding,construction of TQM-based corporation culture & TQM-based human resource management system,etc. |
