浅谈钻井队质量管理体系的有效实施

The Effective Implementation of Quality Management System in Drilling Team

With the deepening reform of petroleum enterprises and the promotion of ＂Duban Idea＂ ,the effective operation of quality control system related to safety production in drilling crews has been paid much attention to and also has been emphasized by different ranks of organizations and leaders of different ranks. Meanwhile,drilling crews themselves have attached more and more importance to their performance and images at the aspect of quality management. Besides,they hope to have a set of systematic method so as to promote the construction of drilling operation team,satisfy the requirements of quality control system,and thereby realizing the goals of quality,safety,protection of environment and cleaning production.
