| 摘 要： | 运用生态足迹模型的方法对新疆可持续发展状况进行分析,其结论是新疆的发展当前已处于不可持续状态。应高效利用现有资源存量,建立资源节约型社会生产和消费体系;坚持严格的耕地保护制度,进行种植业与畜牧业的结构调整;大力发展循环能源、绿色能源、节约石化性能源的消费,以实现新疆的可持续发展,减少生态赤字。 |

| Abstract: | Analyzing the sustainable conditions of Xinjian province through ecological footprint model,we conclude that its development has been unsustainable.Therefore,we need effectively use the resources available to build production and consumption system of resource-economizing society,adjust the structure of planting industry and stockbreeding by strict soil protection system,increase the sustainable development and decrease deficit by consuming recycling,green and petrochemical-saving sources. |
