| 摘 要： | 在知识型企业中,股东已不能再依靠物质资本的所有权独享企业的控制权,人力资本的产权权益要求得到更大的体现,从而使知识型企业的治理体现为物质资本所有者与人力资本所有者的共同治理。在公司治理中通过双方优势———劣势的博弈来确定各自的地位及重要性。

| Abstract: | In knowledge - oriented - enterprises, stockholders donor have the right of possessing enterprise owing to their ownership of physical capital; the equity of human capital must be included, instead.So knowledge - oriented - enterprises should be governed by the owners of human capital and physical capital, who share the fight of managing enterprise by weighing the advantages or disadvantages of both sides. |
