| 摘 要： | 目前民勤县荒漠绿洲农业的发展是不可持续的,主要表现在:农业发展所依赖的生态环境在持续退化;难以为继的经济基础和技术体系;条块分割的经验型组织管理体制难以驾驭综合性的社会经济发展问题。分析其社会经济发展中存在的不可持续性,有针对性地提出发展对策,对我国干旱地区绿洲农业的发展具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Human being has had a tremendous impact on natural ecosystem. We should pay more attention to the interaction betweenhuman system and environmental system. Today, sustainable development is becoming an influential ideal over the world.Minqin County is taken as a case to be studied. The paper pointed out the causes related to unsustainable development in theCounty. Whilst production has been increased in Minqin, its environmental factors show negative trends: deserification is occurring,salinity is serious and underground water reserves are being depleted. Therefore, it is uncertain that this productivity can bemaintained in a long term. In order to adjust the development of agriculture, this paper put forward the steps to solve these negativetrends. |
