摘    要:美国次贷危机对我国的启示在于,如果未来不加强房贷市场调控,我国金融体系将面,瞄巨大的风险。对房贷市场进行准确分析和调控的前提是必须有充足的信息。从“第二套房”的认定视角,为服务于商业银行房地产贷款发放和国家房贷市场调控,我国征信系统需要扩展的信息主要有:外资银行拥有的房贷信息、房屋权属登记信息、婚姻信息和户籍登记信息。
