中小企业间接融资环境的问题与对策研究

中小企业已成为我国经济发展的重要力量,但不良的间接融资环境却制约了中小企业的发展,而良好的间接融资环境需要政府、企业、金融机构、公众共同努力。改进贷款管理制度,鼓励银行开展小额贷款业务,设立中小企业政策性银行,发展地方性中小银行和中小金融机构,政府提供政策性融资担保,放宽政策限制,允许和保护合法民间借贷等是目前解决中小企业间接融资环境问题的有效对策。

There are effective countermeasures at present to solve the environment of indirect financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises that improvement loan management system, encourage the bank＇s small business loans, the establishment of small and medium-sized enterprise policy bank, the development of local small and medium-sized banks and small and medium-sized financial institutions, the government provides the policy financing guarantee to relax the policy restrictions, allow and protect the legitimate private lending.
