| 摘 要： | 金融风险是金融体系中蕴藏的不确定性,是导致未来某种形式损失的可能性,它来源于金融业务、金融市场、金融管理中金融变量变化的不确定性。随着金融业的大发展,各式金融机构蕴藏的金融风险似乎不是人力所能控制。如何继续发扬金融机构的企业文化,尤其是塑造先进的风险文化,从文化的角度对金融风险进行剖析,愈发重要。

With the development of finance industry, financial risk in all kinds of financial institutions seems not be prevented by human. How to develop company culture of financial institutions, especially advanced financial risk culture, is important increasingly. |
