建立国有企业创新机制的现实选择

中国加入WTO后,政府的优惠将逐步取消,企业面对的将是一个竞争的世界性市场,企业只有在机制上不断创新,才能在激烈的市场竞争中取胜。在探讨国有企业创新机制涵义的基础上,通过建立数学模型来分析影响建立国有企业创新机制的因素,以此提出建立国有企业创新机制的现实选择。

The Realistic Selection of Establishing State-owned Enterprise Innovation Mechanism

After China's entering into the WTO, the preferential policies of the goverment will be canceled step by step. The enterprises will be faced with a global market full of competition. The enterprises can only win competitions under the condition that they continuously make innovations on mechanism. On the basis of studying the implication of the innovation mechanism of the state-owned enterprises, this paper analyzes the factors which affect the establishment of innovation mechanism of the state-owned enterprises by setting up a mathematical model and hereby puts forward the realistic selection of establishing innovation mechanism of state-owned enterprises.
