| Abstract: | Based on data of the flood and drought disasters in Liaoning province ,the paper analyzed the characteristics of time-space distribution of the flood and drought disasters, pointed out impact on economy,and countermeasures against flood and drought disasters were put forward,such as strengthening disasters propaganda, protecting ecology environment,and improving the standard of protection against the flood and consolidating dikes,etc. |
