| 摘 要： | 中国地方产业集群多嵌入领导型或等级制的全球价值链,处于空间等级体系的低端。全球价值链治理使得中国地方产业集群处于"俘获型"与"封闭型"的价值链中,其功能和链条升级,乃至集群的整体升级受到阻碍。中国的地方产业集群应该注重构建完善又开放的当地价值链,利用在内外两方面的资源,完成地方产业集群的整体升级。

| Abstract: | Chinese local industrial clusters are often embedded in the captive or hierarchy value chains,and in the low level of the space rating system.The governance of global value chain makes Chinese local industrial cluster in the captured and enclosed value chains.The function and chain upgrading of Chinese local industrial clusters and the whole level upgrading are hindered.Chinese local industrial clusters shall pay more attentions to make full and open local value chains and use both inner and outer resources to make whole lever upgrading. |
