| 摘 要： | 本研究采用问卷调查分析方法对东北农业大学农林经济管理专业的本科人才培养情况进行了调查分析,结果表明在人才培养过程中存在着课程设置陈旧、实践课程比例过低、专业培养不能满足实际需要等问题,因此应重点从创新本科生人才培养体系来解决这些问题。
