| 摘 要： | 西方国家在国有资产的经营和管理方面积累了丰富的经验。对国外国有资产管理的模式进行比较，可以为深化我国国有资产管理体制改革提供有益的启示。在此基础上，文章对我国国有资产管理体制进行了深入细致的分析，并提出了现阶段深化国有资产管理体制改革应该采取的措施。

| Abstract: | Western nations have accumulated abundant experiences in administrating state-owned property, Based on the comparison of foreign state-owned property administrating modes, it would offer beneficial illumination to deepen its reformation. This paper analyzes state-owned property administrating system in Chinese thoroughly, and puts forward some measures that we should adopted to deepen the reformation nowadays. |
