我国城市专利综合实力影响因素分析

专利是衡量城市科技创新能力的主要指标。本文运用主成分分析法,对我国4个直辖市和15个副省级城市的专利综合实力做出评分、排序和分级,揭示各城市间专利综合实力的差异。然后运用多元线性回归分析法,对19个城市的专利综合实力做回归分析,得出影响城市专利综合实力的主要因素,包括人均科技支出、固定资产投资总额、科技人员占从业人员的比例、每百人公共图书馆藏书和人均电信业务总量。

Urban Patent Capability and Its Affecting Factors in China

This paper is divided into two parts,the first part,the author select the patent data and use the statistical method of Principal Component Analysis to mark,order and grade the patent capabilities of four cities which are governed directly by Chinese central government and the other 15 cities that are on the associate provincial level.In the second part,a series of social and economic indicators are choosed and multiple linear regression is taken use of to do the linear regression analysis with the total marks of patent capabilities of the 19 cities.It comes to the conclusion that there are five factors which exercise a great influence on the urban patent capabilities as follows: the scientific and technological expenditure per capital,the total amount of fixed investment,the proportion of scientific and technological to the total employees,the books of public liberiary per capital,and the telecommunications service per capital.This research can offer the reference to enhance Chinese urban patent capability.
