Coal industry: Speed Up the Western Development

One feature that distinguishes the 12th Five-Year Plan of the coal industry from the previous Five-Year plans is the general target to control the eastern development,stabilize the central development and speed up the western development.The future development of the coal industry is directed toward building large-sized coal enterprise groups,large coal bases,and large-scale modern coal mines.An interview with Fang Jun,director of Coal Department of the National Energy Bureau on the development of coal industry will be presented.
