高职院校顶岗实习的内涵分析

摘    要:顶岗实习是高职人才培养的必然要求,是提高人才培养质量的关键。但目前高职院校开展的顶岗实习效果仍不够理想。文章对顶岗实习的内涵进行了分析,指出顶岗实习不仅是一个教学环节,更是一种教学模式,具有教育性、实践性与社会性的特点。同时,要处理好顶岗实习与教育理念、顶岗实习与实践教学、顶岗实习与人才培养要求三者之间的关系。

Abstract:In-post teaching practice is a necessary requirement for Higher vocational talents training and the key to improve the quality of personnel training.However,the present effect of the in-post teaching practice carried by higher vocational colleges is still not ideal.This paper analyzes the connotation of in-post teaching practice,and points out that in-post teaching practice is not only a teaching link but also a teaching model,and it has educational,practical and social characteristics.At the same time we must properly handle the relationship between in-post teaching practice,practice teaching and personnel training requirements.
