| 摘 要： | 目前,浙江高职旅游教育,还没有摆脱传统教育模式,导致人才培养不能适应浙江旅游业的发展需要.高职旅游教育应探索适应浙江旅游经济快速发展的、具有浙江特色、符合省情的高职旅游人才培养实践教学模式,开发校本实训教材,重视创新、创业教育,加强"双师型"教师队伍建设,制定面向市场的人才培养方案,寻求与市场的对接,以培养出有综合能力的高端旅游人才和适用型人才.

| Abstract: | The talent training in Zhejiang higher vocational tourism cannot meet the need of Zhejiang tourism due to traditional educa-tional mode.So we need develop practical teaching mode on talent training fit for the situations of rapid economic development,develop practical training reference,focus on innovation and entrepreneurship education and double-teacher teaching construction,design talent training plan oriented by market,and train high-end and practical tourism talents with comprehensive ability. |
