| 摘 要： | <企业国有资产法>的出台填补了我国国有资产运营与管理的立法空白,并对其今后的实施产生深远影响.该法的颁布对防止国有资产流失,规范出资人法律地位、国有企业经营与管理、国有资产转让、国有资本经营预算等方面都具有积极作用.但该法在立法范围、国资委监管职能、高管薪酬等方面还有待补充完善.
