| 摘 要： | 我国农村金融组织体系存在诸多问题:组织不全;支农有限,资金外流严重;服务落后,效率低下;民间借贷受到管制;农业保险"缺位"。这些问题不解决,必将影响农村经济的发展。为此,必须进行全方位的改革:完善农村金融市场组织体系;建立农村资金回流机制;加强农村金融服务创新。

| Abstract: | There exist many problems in the rural financial organize system of China such as lack of subjects,limited support for agriculture,serious non-agricultural trend,backward service,low efficiency,control over the nongovernmental loan,"vacancy" of agricultural insurance,etc.If these problems are not resolved,it will be sure to influence the rural economic development.Therefore,reform must be carried out.The rural financial organize system should be perfectd,the rural recycling mechanism should be established,the service innovation should be strengthened. |
