“一带一路”倡议下中日绿色能源第三方合作研究

本文基于中日绿色能源第三方合作的基础与优势,研究"一带一路"倡议给中日绿色能源第三方合作带来的机遇与前景,提出"一带一路"倡议下中日绿色能源进行第三方合作的原则和策略。在绿色能源开发利用方面,中日两国具有较强的互补性,应充分挖掘"一带一路"沿线国家的合作机会,构建造福各方的国际公共产品和开放包容的国际合作平台,实现中日及第三方的多边共赢,推动绿色能源合作行稳致远。

Research on Green Energy of Sino-Japanese Third-Party Cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative

This paper is mainly conducted on the foundation and advantages of the third-party cooperation between China and Japan on green energy,explores the opportunities and prospects brought by the Belt and Road Initiative to the-third party cooperation between China and Japan on green energy,puts forward the principles and strategies of the third-party cooperation between China and Japan on green energy under the Belt and Road Initiative.In terms of green energy development and utilization,Japan and China have complementary advantages.Both countries should fully explore the opportunities of cooperation with countries along the Road and Belt,construct the international public goods and cooperative platform that will be of benefit to Japan,China and the third-party countries,and promote the green energy cooperation steadily.
