人本导向：中国经济改革的战略提升——评常修泽教授的人本体制论

常修泽教授的“人本体制论”，是一个来源于中国经济体制改革实践又能够指导中国经济实践、具有人本导向的体制创新理论，其精要可以用“一个实质、双线均衡、三个解放和发展、四方位经济体制创新、五环式改革”来进行简单的概括。通观常修泽教授的人本体制论，就创新理论而言，它有一个相对完整的体系；但就理论逻辑而言，它仍需要在更基础的层面进行建构。文章认为，坚持社会主义就必须坚持以人为本，没有社会主义规定性的人本导向，我们很难发现改革是否到位以及改革是否有失误.

Human-Oriented Guidance: A Strategic Promotion of China's Economic Reform——A Comment of Professor Chang Xiuze's Theory on Human-oriented System

Professor Chang Xiuze＇s theory on human-oriented system, which origins from the practice of China＇s economic reform, is a kind of innovative theory that can lead the economic development in China and has the feature of human-oriented. It can be summed up as ＂One Essence, Double Equilibrium, Three Developments, Economic System Innovation in All Round Way and Five-Ring Reform.＂ Although this theory has a complete system, it still need to be perfected on its basic structure from the logic theory. This paper considers that to keep to the socialist orientation is to keep to human-oriented. Only with the socialist human-oriented guidance, can we solve the problems in the reform.
