江苏省科技创新财政政策研究

科技创新是实现发展的重要来源,财政政策在科技创新方面的作用近年来也受到越来越多的关注.在解读江苏省科技财政政策以及理论分析的基础上,对科技财政投入现状进行总结,发现江苏省目前在财政投入规模、区域差异、对高研的财政支持以及推动产学研合作等方面存在问题.最后,针对这些问题提出一些对策.

Research on Fiscal Policy of Science and Technology Innovation in Jiangsu Province

Scientific and technological innovation is an important source of development, and the role of fiscal policy in scientific and technological innovation has attracted more and more attention in recent years. Based on the interpretation of Jiangsu Province''s science and technology financial policy and theoretical analysis, this paper summarizes the current situation of science and technology financial investment. It shows that there are some problems in Jiangsu Province in terms of the scale of financial investment, regional differences, financial support for higher research and promotion of industry university research cooperation. Finally, some countermeasures are put forward for these problems.
